Roughly how many enquiries do you get a week?

Calls, texts, emails and messages asking for a price or a booking. A rough guess is fine. The front office works on the enquiries you already get, so this is the number that tells us whether it will pay for itself.

How often does one go unanswered?

A call you could not pick up, a message you got to the next day. Nobody answers every one.
