What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or lead form on this site, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any message you send us. We do not ask for sensitive personal information.

This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, and sets no tracking cookies. Only essential cookies needed for the site to function may be used. If we add advertising measurement in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry — to reply, arrange a call, and provide a quote or proposal for our services (KaizenReach, KaizenDesk, KaizenForge).

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you initiated) and, where relevant in future, consent (for any advertising cookies).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Your enquiry is handled by KaizenEvol (Rahaid and Diego). We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and store enquiries securely:

• Vercel — website hosting
• Supabase — secure storage of enquiry details
• Resend — email delivery of enquiry notifications to us

These providers process data only on our instructions and under their own data-protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, then delete them — unless you become a client, in which case we keep the records needed to provide our service and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at rahaid@kaizenevol.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
