What we collect
Whatever you type into a form on this site: your name, business, email, phone and message. Nothing sensitive. No tracking cookies.
If we contacted you first
We find business details on public listings, Companies House and company websites, then get in touch about what we do. Reply “stop” and you are off the list for good.
What we do with it
Reply to you, book a call, quote for the work. We never sell it. Only the hosting, database and email providers that run this site ever touch it.
How long we keep it
12 months after we last hear from you, then it is deleted. Clients longer, because we need the records.
Your data
Ask KaizenEvol to see it, correct it or delete it whenever you like, at diego@kaizenevol.com. We reply within a month. Not happy with the answer? Complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Our lawful basis for all of the above is legitimate interest.
