Can I just do this myself with AI?
Honestly, a lot of it, yes. The tools are good and getting better, and anyone telling you otherwise is protecting their invoice.
The part that does not get easier is judgement. Knowing which of forty generated pieces is worth posting, why an ad stopped working in week three, when to kill something that is nearly working. That comes from having done it repeatedly, and a tool does not hand it over.
Then there is the time. Running content, social and ads properly is not an evening job. Most founders who try it end up doing it well for three weeks and then not at all, which is worse than not starting, because the ads keep spending while the attention goes elsewhere.
If you have the time and you enjoy it, do it yourself. We would rather tell you that than take the work off you for something you would do just as well. The case for handing it over is that you get the hours back and the output stays consistent when you are busy.
What we would actually do
- Take the whole thing off your desk: the content, the social and the ads.
- Bring the judgement about what to run, what to cut and what to spend more on.
- Keep it consistent in the weeks you are busy, which is the part that quietly kills a self-run setup.
- Show you what we are doing rather than hiding it behind a monthly report, so you could take it back in-house if you ever wanted to.
What do you use AI for yourselves?
Plenty, and we are not precious about it. It speeds up the making. It does not decide what is worth making, and we do not pretend a tool replaces knowing your business.
Will this be free in two years?
The tools might well be. Attention will not be, and neither will knowing what to do with it. That is the part worth paying for now and probably still will be.
Can we start with you and take it in-house later?
Yes, and some should. There is no lock-in, and we would rather leave you able to run it than dependent on us.
Five at a time.
See if one of the seats is yours.
Taking a seat is a few minutes. We read every one and reply either way, the same working day.
Every seat gets both of us, start to finish.
