What we run

Four things, and they only work together.

Content, ads, social and email, run by the two people who make them. Not four suppliers with four opinions about whose fault it is.

01 / Why four

One of them on its own does almost nothing.

Ads with nothing good to run are money spent on the wrong thing. Content nobody is paid to see is a post your existing followers scroll past.

Social is what someone checks after an ad has done its job and before they decide, so an account that has been quiet for a month undoes the ad that sent them. And the person who already bought is the easiest sale in the business, which is the one almost nobody goes back for.

They are four things because that is how many it takes. Run apart, each one leaks into the gap beside it.

02 / The four

Content.madeweekly

Content

We shoot it with you, or cut it from footage you already have, usually both. Not one polished piece a month, because for most people who see it the ad is the brand.

  • Shot with you, or built from what you already have
  • New pieces every week, not one film a month
  • Enough angles that a tired ad is never the whole account
Ads.rundaily

Ads

Run wherever your buyers actually are rather than wherever is easiest, and handled every day rather than set live and watched.

  • Budgets, targeting and testing handled daily
  • What loses turned off, what wins funded
  • Judged on what reached your account, not what the platform claims
Social.keptongoing

Social

Your feed and stories, posted for you. It brings people in on its own, and it is what convinces someone who found you through an ad that you are worth buying from.

  • Your feed and stories, posted for you
  • Kept alive between campaigns, not only during them
  • The page someone checks before they decide
Email.backafter the sale

Email

The person who already bought is the easiest sale there is, and most brands never go back to them. We keep in touch for you, by email and message.

  • Email and messages to the people who already bought
  • Flows that run without you remembering to send them
  • They come back on their own instead of an ad finding them twice

03 / What stays yours

All of it stays yours.

The look and the direction stay yours. We are in it with you, whether it is a shoot or an edit, but what the brand is and where it is going is your call and stays that way.

We make more of what you already make and put it in front of people who have never seen you. If a piece does not look like you it is wrong, and we will say so before you have to.

It is not just the look. Your ad account, your content, your customer list and the tracking we set up on your shop are all yours. Your ad money goes straight from your own account, never through us. If we part ways, all of it stays with you.

We never take a cut of your ad spend, so nothing we recommend is ever because it pays us more. There is no minimum ad spend either.

04 / Engagement

Engagement.modelseats · 05

Five at a time, and both of us on each.

Five is the whole capacity, not a launch offer. When they are full, they are full.

Just the two of us. No account manager between you and the people doing the work.

All four run on one monthly fee, separate from your ad spend. We never take a cut of what you spend, and there is no minimum.

> the number depends on what you sell and how much you need. You hear it on the first call.

Brand.fitreasons · 03

Three reasons we would say no.

Any of these and we would say so on the first call, not three months in. Nobody can fix numbers you will not look at. And we are not spending your money to prove arithmetic.

  • 01You will not look at your own numbers.
  • 02The margin is too thin for ads to pay for themselves.
  • 03You want the ads run and nothing else.

> if none of those are you, the next step is fifteen minutes.

Next step

Fifteen minutes tells us.

Tell us what you sell and what it costs you to make. If we cannot help we will say so, and either way you leave knowing what a customer is actually worth to you.

Every seat gets both of us, start to finish.
