Questions, answered straight
If yours is not here, ask it. We read every message ourselves and reply the same working day, including to the people we turn down.
What do you actually do?
Four things, run together: we make your content, run your ads, keep your social alive, and go back to the people who already bought. One on its own does very little, which is why we do not sell them separately.
Who is this for?
Brands and artists who make something good and are not getting it in front of enough people. Streetwear, jewellery, ceramics, prints, music. If you sell what you make and the marketing is the part that slips, that is the shape.
Do I need a following already?
No. It goes further when there is something to build on, and we will say so if we think it is too early. There is no follower minimum and no minimum ad spend.
How quickly would I see anything?
Within days you can see whether people react to the creative. Whether the money makes sense takes longer, because you need enough sales to see a pattern rather than a good week.
Am I tied in?
No. There is no contract holding you while we work anything out. Stop whenever you like.
Who owns the ads, the content and the customer list?
You do, the whole time. The ad account, the content, the customer list and the tracking on your shop. Your ad money goes from your own account, never through us. If we part ways, it all stays with you.
Do you take a cut of my ad spend?
Never. Nothing we recommend is ever because it pays us more. There is no minimum spend either.
What happens if you cannot help?
We say so on the first call rather than three months in. There are three reasons we would say no: you will not look at your own numbers, the margin is too thin for ads to pay for themselves, or you only want the ads and nothing else.
Why only five clients?
Because it is the two of us and we do the work. Five is the whole capacity, not a launch offer. When they are full, they are full.
The longer ones
Three questions come up so often they have their own page.
- We tried ads before and they did not work — Two things go wrong far more often than anything else, and it is worth knowing which one it was before spending again.
- Do I have to be on camera? — No, and plenty of the work never shows a face. What we shoot instead, and how we start without a shoot day.
- Do ads work for a music artist? — Yes, but it is a different job from selling a product, and treating it like one is why a lot of artist ad spend disappears.
See if one of the seats is yours.
Taking a seat is a few minutes. We read every one and reply either way, the same working day.
Every seat gets both of us, start to finish.
